Allergy Consultation
The consultation will involve a thorough allergy and personal medical history discussion, followed by a physical examination and will include basic allergies diagnostic tests.
After your initial consultation, you will receive a full comprehensive allergy profile in plain language explaining the probable cause for your allergies. After the explanation, you will also receive treatment advice at the consultation. If you have concerns about allergies from specific fruits or vegetables, please bring the fresh food along to your consultation.

Our office is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. For your convenience, our office is located at 214 Engle Street, Suite 14, Englewood, NJ 07631.
Appointments can be booked with the office receptionist at (201) 568-1480, or if you require specific information about the consultation or allergy testing procedure, then please call our office or email us online. We accept most insurance coverage, cash, personal cheques and credit or debit cards. Please be prepared to settle your fees in full at the time of your consultation.
